We offer a 30 day refund/return policy (less any outbound shipping charges) on our gear for Canadian and US orders excluding pre-order items or items marked as final sale. Make sure to keep your gear in new condition, free of pet hair, dirt and dust and with all the original tags attached.

Please note there is a return shipping Fee of $40 CAD for Canadian orders and $50 USD for US orders. Any express shipping or shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are happy to take back your order within 30 day of you having received it, but are not able to coordinate return shipping on your behalf. Please contact us for our return shipping address and additional instructions.

Occasionally we'll release new gear as a limited time pre-order with an exclusive discount. These orders can be cancelled at anytime for a full refund up until the time of shipping. Due to the large discounts on pre-orders these items are final sales once shipped.
